LuxAMDGPU

LuxAMDGPU is meant to be used as a trigger package for all AMDGPU dependencies in Lux. Users requiring AMDGPU support should install LuxAMDGPU and load it alongside Lux.

Installation

LuxAMDGPU is a registered package, and can be installed using the Julia package manager:

] add LuxAMDGPU

Using MIOpen

Unfortunately, AMDGPU.jl doesn't ship with MIOpen_jll binaries. So setting it up is a bit more involved.

git clone git@github.com:JuliaGPU/AMDGPU.jl.git
cd AMDGPU.jl
julia --project=. -e 'using Pkg; Pkg.add("MIOpen_jll")'
cd ..
git clone git@github.com:LuxDL/LuxAMDGPU.jl.git
cd LuxAMDGPU.jl
julia --project=. -e 'using Pkg; Pkg.dev("../AMDGPU.jl")'

Next, use this installation of LuxAMDGPU in your project.
